What are the odds of winning the house?
The odds of winning depend on the number of draw entries received.
What if you don’t sell enough tickets?
We have guaranteed a minimum donation to the charity, a guaranteed winner for the Million Pound House, and other prizes.
Will someone definitely win the house?
Yes. There will be a guaranteed winner for the Omaze Million Pound House Draw. For announcement dates, please see the appropriate Experience official Rules.
Does Omaze draw the winners?
Starting from September 1st, 2021, Omaze will use a randomized draw engine for all house draws. However, for draws that were launched before September 1st, such as the Devon and Wimbledon house draws, the winners will be chosen by an independent scrutineer named Civica.
How are winners drawn?
When you buy entries, a unique Entry Code is generated and securely recorded in the draw database. The more entries you buy, the more times your Entry Code will be logged. For instance, if you purchase 15 entries, your code will be recorded 15 times, which increases the likelihood of it being drawn for a prize. If you entered by mail, each entry will be coded and added to the draw database.
When and how will I know if I have won the house?
Winners are drawn at random on the date selected within the Experience Official Rules. All winners are reached by email and telephone (if they’ve provided a phone number).
What’s an Entry Code?
When you purchase entries for the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, an Entry Code is automatically assigned to your transaction. This unique 13-digit number links to your purchase.
Where can I find my Entry Code?
To access your Entry Code, you can refer to the confirmation email sent to you. Alternatively, you can find it next to your purchase details in Your Account at Omaze.co.uk. Please note that we are unable to provide codes for postal entries. However, rest assured that they are entered into the same draw database and have an equal chance of being selected as winners.
Can I use PayPal to purchase entries?
At present, PayPal can only be used for single-entry purchases and gift cards. If you wish to purchase an Omaze Subscription, kindly choose an alternative payment method.
How can I use PayPal to pay for my entries?
- After choosing your entries, proceed to checkout
- On the payments screen, pick PayPal as your desired payment method
- You will then be prompted to enter your PayPal login credentials and confirm your payment method
- Once approved, you will be returned to the Omaze order page, where you can finish your purchase
Please note: PayPal is a 3rd party vendor. If you have any problems checking out with PayPal, you will be required to contact PayPal directly. Or, alternatively, you can choose a different payment method.
